Dealer Relationship Survey (DRS)
Lorien Connect have managed and run the multi brand Dealer Relationship Survey since 2007. This pan European syndicated research programme provides automotive manufacturers with unique information regarding their relationship with local dealerships.
DRS is an annual online survey which measures Dealer Principals, Sales and Service Managers brand satisfaction across 15 brands in 29 markets and in 30 languages. In 2010 we had circa 15,000 responses and a 45% completion rate.
The members access the data through our online Portal based management tool where they use a suite of standard reports or select the data to create bespoke reports. 2011 will see a global roll out of the DRS, with the addition of more high profile members; testimony to the success of Lorien Connect’s survey.
