Kathryn’s role in Lorien Connect is to oversee and manage the Research function. Kathryn works closely with a range of clients ensuring that their research and insight data meets the strategic goals of their business and informs improvements in the bottom line.
Prior to joining Lorien Connect, Kathryn was Managing Director of a specialist employee and customer satisfaction research agency.
Nigel’s role in Lorien Connect is to ensure quality and strategic development of Learning solutions. Nigel works closely with clients to understand their culture and key business deliverables. This ensures that Lorien Connect’s people and products not only deliver the required business transformations but also have clear measures of impact and fully represent the client values.
Nigel has worked in Learning and Organisational Development for over 15 years in a variety of industries including Automotive and Telecoms.
Nick's role as Commercial Director is to ensure that Lorien Connect's leading edge products and services deliver solutions that meet our clients' needs. By working closely with the delivery teams and customers across the globe, Nick is able to align Lorien Connect's solutions with the client's key deliverables. This allows our customers to realise tangible benefits and to meet their strategic goals in a cost-effective manner.
Nick has worked in automotive outsourcing and retail and has a long and established background in learning and development across a range of sectors.
